The Palestinian American Women's Association was founded in 1984 by a group of professional women in Southern California. PAWA is made of women of all ages who include engineers, nurses, psychologists as well as corporate and nonprofit professionals. PAWA is a volunteer run organization with a passion for community service geared toward serving women and youth.

Programs and workshops focus on topics such as education, child abuse, health and other support services to families and individuals in California, as well as families in Palestine and Lebanon. We are proud of the help we've been able to provide and would like to thank you all for supporting our efforts.
