Pressure the Red Cross + #FreeHisham Rally

OUR WORK IS NOT DONE!

PAWA did not hesitate to mobilize as the health condition of political prisoner, Hisham Abu Hawash deteriorated. In addition to creating posters that were used internationally, PAWA is continuing its collaboration with UC Riverside’s SJP, MSA, alongside USPCN.

While we continue our advocacy effort, please save the date as we continue to rally for other political prisoners, all the while celebrating the victory of #FreeHisham.

STEP 1 : Call the Red Cross HQ in DC at (800) 733-2767 and use this script for your phonecall bit.ly/callrcdc

STEP 2: Email the Intl. Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) by using this template bit.ly/icrcemail

STEP 3: Locate your local American Red Cross office and read this statement bit.ly/localredcross to one of their representatives and dropping off the letter on the behalf of your family, community, or organization.

We are delighted to announce our first hike for Palestine! Hiking is a part of our culture. It is how wild zaatar and sage are picked, how we survey our land, and how we stay grounded in our agricultural heritage.

Let us practice here until we are all able to return home! We honor the indigenous land that we reside on, and appreciate its blessings.
